飞机机载设备可靠性振动试验剖面若干问题探讨

摘要

GJB899对飞机机载设备可靠性振动试验剖面的确定已有较为详尽的描述,但在实际工作中,一些具体内容仍难以应用.为解决此问题,分别从任务剖面的确定、振动谱形的选取、起飞振动量值的计算、动压的计算以及振动量值的确定等方面进行了详细论述,提出了解决办法,并得出了相应结论.%How to design vibration profile of reliability tests for aircraft airborne equipments had been described detailedly in GJB899, but some contents are still so hard to be used that it could not satisfy the demands in actual work. To solve these problems, some related contents such as mission profiles, vibration test envelope, vibration level with takeoff, dynamic pressure and so on are discussed, the solutions are proposed, and some results are concluded.
