基于排队论的装备维修过程分析

         

摘要

装备维修过程的分析是研究维修保障系统结构与运行的基础.以装备实际维修过程为依据,采用排队理论对维修过程中的基本维修排队结构进行了分析,建立了维修保障单元数量和损伤装备平均修复服务时间的关系模型.最后结合某型装备的维修过程实例,对该方法的可行性、实用性进行了验证.%The analysis of equipment maintenance flow is the basis of research on maintenance support system's structure and operation. According to equipment maintenance flow? The basic maintenance queuing structures are analyzed by queuing theory. The relation model of number of maintenance support unit and the mean time to repair service of failure equipment is built up. Finally, the feasibility and usability of the method are validated by a demonstration combining the maintenance flow of some equipment.
