信息化军事体系的边缘组织观

摘要

Aiming at the demand of organization reformation of military system in information age,the paper contracts the connections and features of two types of military organizations,analyzes the advantages of edge military organizations and discusses the mission space model,organizational and functional model, organizational adaptable collaboration model, organizational contingency knowledge model and organizational statue shift model of edge military organizations.Accordingly the author sets out the command and control method set and operational mechanism of edge military organizations,concludes their operation modes in complicated system confrontation environment and then points out practical significance of edge organizations in a wide sense.%针对信息时代军事体系组织变革的需求，对比了两大类军事组织的内涵和特点，分析了边缘性军事组织的优势，探讨了边缘性军事组织的使命任务空间模型、组织结构和功能模型、组织自适应协作模型与组织权变知识模型，以及组织状态转移模型。在此基础上，阐述了边缘性军事组织的指挥控制方法集和运行机理，总结了其在复杂体系对抗环境下的运行模式，最后指出边缘组织广泛的实践意义。
