基于 SCA 和改进 ADC 的装备作战效能试验方案研究

摘要

作战效能试验是装备研发、采购部署和作战使用中的重要环节。针对装备作战效能试验“试什么”“怎么试”和“试验结果怎么评”等问题,基于传感器(Sensor)、控制器(Controller)、执行器(Actuator)的柔性评估建模方法,设计了装备作战效能试验项目,构建了装备作战效能试验评估指标体系,探讨了基于改进 ADC (Availability,Dependability,Capability)的装备作战效能试验评估建模方法。%Operational effectiveness test is an important link of equipment research and develop-ment,procurement and deployment,and operational employment.Aiming at the problems of equip-ment operational test like"why do we carry out the test?""how do we carry out the test?"and"how do we assess the test results?"based on the flexible assessment and modeling method of SCA (sensor-controller-actuator),the equipment operational effectiveness test project is designed,the operational effectiveness evaluation index system is built and the assessment and modeling method of equipment operational effectiveness test on the basis of improved ADC is discussed.
