针对预警反击作战体系构建中，打击手段多样化和体系结构低冗余性的需求问题，根据美国国防部体系结构框架理论，从军事需求到作战使命、作战活动、作战能力和武器装备进行了系统分析；根据作战环理论，提出了基于特征根的作战环计算方法和作战效能评估模型。以某型号导弹预警反击作战为例，对所提出的作战体系构建与效能评估方法进行了全面验证，并对评估结果进行了灵敏度分析和讨论。%To meet demand on diversification of combat and low redundancy of system structure in the construction of early-warning and counter-attack system,with the system structure framework theory brought by the Department of Defense,the papers conducts systematic analysis from opera-tional purpose,operational activities,operational capability and weapon system;based on operation loop theory,the paper proposes an operation loop computation method and operation effectiveness evaluation model based on the characteristic root;taking the early-warning and counter-attack system by a certain model of missile,the paper verifies the proposed operational system construction and effectiveness evaluation method and then conducts sensitivity analysis and discussion for the evaluation result.
