新形势下加强部队装备维修质量管理的思考

摘要

随着新型复杂装备批量列装部队，其所体现出来的技术含量高、规模庞大、结构复杂、故障面广的特性，对装备维修质量管理提出了新的更高要求。运用质量管理相关理论，剖析了当前部队装备维修质量管理在思想观念、维修作业质量、组织水平、管理制度等方面存在的突出问题，提出必须转变思想观念、预防维修差错、突出管理教育、完善法规制度等对策措施。%Equipment maintenance quality is to maintain and improve the battle effectiveness of troops,it’s the key to win the war,it’s also the eternal theme of equipment construction.In this text,it analysis the outstanding problems of the current troops equipment maintenance quality man-agement,puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening equipment maintenance quality manage-ment measures.For improving the quality of equipment,quickening construction of troops strength is of great significance.
