我军装备保障实战化训练存在问题及对策

摘要

准确把握、科学认识、有针对性地解决制约部队装备保障实战化训练发展的突出现实问题，是推进我军装备保障实战化训练建设的有力举措。着眼于装备保障实战化训练的全要素、全过程，运用系统分析方法，梳理了当前我军装备保障实战化训练存在的理论研究滞后、对象要素缺失、内容设置不健全、环境构设相对片面、组织模式与时代要求脱节、考评规范化精确化程度不高等具体矛盾问题。结合客观实际，提出如下对策建议：创新发展训练理论、动态调整训练对象、充实完善训练内容、全面构建训练环境、优化训练组织模式及科学规范训练考评。%In order to accelerate the equipment support,warfighting-oriented training in the PLA,we must accurately master,scientifically understand,and specifically address the prominent problems which have been constraining the warfighting-oriented training.This paper,aiming at all elements and full process of equipment support,warfighting-oriented training,using a systematic analysis method,sorts out problems existing in PLA warfighting-oriented training,which includes the lagging behind of advanced theoretical study,the missing of important elements,the incomplete content setting and environmental setting,the out-of-date organization mode,and the inaccurate eval-uation measure.In line with the status quo,the paper brings out the following suggestions:to inno-vate training theories,to adj ust the training obj ect dynamically,to improve and enrich the training content,to build a comprehensive training environment,to optimize the training organization model and to standardize a scientific training evaluation system.
