Research on Reality-Based Training and Management Issues in Air Defense Forces Troops by Governing the Military Under the Rule of Law

摘要

The core function in the army is to have competence to fight and win the war. The basic starting point of implementation and management under the rule of law toward reality-based training is to focus on the escalation of the fighting capability and ensure competence to win the war. Reality-based training has been the new normality of air defense forces troops training; the new normality must solve the problems in reality-based training and management applying such thinking way by governing military under the rule of law. The article explains the important significance of implementing management under the rule of law in reality-based training, analyzes the existing problems, explains the reasons, and puts forward the basic strategies to solve problems.
