基于造价控制的最优承发包模式选择

     

摘要

目前,国内外工程项目的承发包模式众多,在对国内外各种承发包模式综合研究的基础上,将其分成了包括传统的DBB 模式、工程总承包模式和项目管理承发包模式三大类别,分析了各种承发包模式的特点和适用范围,为了更好地实现项目的既定目标,针对不同的项目承发包模式,提出了不同的造价控制方法。并具体分析了工程项目各种承发包模式的特点及与项目造价控制的关系,试图在项目质量、工期和造价目标相互平衡的条件下,寻求最有利于投资者进行造价控制的最优承发包模式。%At present,there are numerous domestic and international project delivery models. Based on comprehensive research on project delivery models,the paper divides them into traditional DBB model,engineering general contract model,and project management contract model. Characteristics and scope of each contract models are analyzed. In order to achieve the established objectives of the project,there are also many project cost control measures for different project delivery models. This paper analyzes the characteristics of different project delivery models,and analyzes the relationship between project delivery models and project cost control. In the balance of the project quality,schedule and cost objectives,the best project delivery model is sought to control project cost.
