With the gradual increase of hospital renovation,expansion or new construction,standardizing the management process of hospital infrastructure tender is necessary and important for promoting the efficiency of hospital infrastructure management. Based on the connotation of the tendering benefits,with the perspective of hospital infrastructure tendering benefits,the current situation of hospital infrastructure tender management was analyzed. To guarantee the hospital infrastructure tender efficiency,the hospital infrastructure tender management structure was built,the relative tender management process was cleared,with the analysis of corresponding control points of each stage.
