Contractors,as the direct producers of construction projects,constitute a particular social network with other players of projects. In order to explore contractors’ roles in the network and their relationship with other stakeholders,social network analysis method is used. And based on stakeholders’ social network,we analyze contractors’ stakeholder model and its density. Then,we classify the stakeholders of contractors. Results show that the closeness of stakeholders’ social network of construction projects is low,and the contractor is the center of the network. In addition,owners and supervisors are both core stakeholders of contractors. Finally,we provide suggestion for contractors in the process of project constructions to strengthen collaboration with other parties.%承包商作为工程项目的直接生产者，与项目的其他相关方构成特定的社会网络。为探究其在社会网络中的地位及与其他相关方的关系，利用社会网络分析的方法，在构建建设项目利益相关者社会网络的基础上分析承包商的利益相关者模型，探讨建设项目利益相关者社会网络的紧密度；并以承包商为视角对利益相关者进行分类。结果表明，建设项目利益相关者社会网络的紧密度较低，承包商处于中心地位，其核心利益相关者为业主与监理方，并为承包商在进行项目建设的过程中强化与其他各方的协同合作提供对策和建议。
