多组织研发项目风险管理的模式分析及知识复用研究

     

摘要

多组织研发项目通常伴随高风险和不确定性,并且这类项目风险管理也越来越受到来自不同领域的利益相关者的影响。在已有众多的风险管理过程或方法的基础上,构建适合跨组织研发项目特点的风险管理过程是提高项目成功的关键。从知识工程的角度,提出了一种基于知识复用和模式分析理论的多组织项目风险管理方法,并且通过文献总结提炼出若干个项目风险管理的基本模式,分别给出了目标动机、适用性、结构、优缺点、示例等方面的描述,并通过应用案例,说明了风险基本模式的有效组合可以定制出适合多组织研发项目情境的风险管理模式。%Multi-organizational R&D Projects are usually associated with high risk and uncertainty,and this kind of project risk management is also affected by stakeholders from different fields. It is key to build a risk management process suitable for the characteristics of multi-organizational R&D projects based on the current risk management processes and methods. From the perspective of knowledge engineering,a knowledge reuse and pattern analysis-based risk management method is suggested. From literature,several basic patterns of project risk management are summarized including the goal,applicability,structure, advantages/disadvantages,examples and other aspects of each project risk pattern. At last,a practical example is taken to show that project risk managers can customize a special management pattern suitable for the multi-organizational R&D projects by recombining these fundamental risk patterns.
