建筑工业化是建筑业产业转型和技术升级的重要内容,国家虽然出台了一系列政策为建筑工业化的推广提供稳定的环境,但是其发展依然受到各种因素的制约.根据以往的文献资料和调研情况,确定了11种影响建筑工业化发展的因素.用主成分分析法确定了4种影响建筑工业化发展的主要因素,用多元回归分析对结果进行检验,确定了这四4种影响建筑工业化发展的主要因素,并根据结果和实际情况提出建议,旨在为建筑工业化的发展决策提供依据.%Construction industry is the important content transformation of the construction industry and technological upgrading. Although the state has promulgated a series of policies to provide a stable environment for construction industry,the construction industry development still meets constraint factors. Based on the previous literature and research situation,it gets 11 factors that affecting the development of construction industry. The principal factors were determined by principal component analysis,and then tested results by multiple regression analysis. Four main factors were determined that influencing the development of construction industrialization,and the opinions and suggestions were put forward based on results and practical truth,aiming to underlie construction industry development decision.
