以社会网络和群体行为理论为基础,应用社会网络特征分析及结构方程模型方法,通过构建建筑业农民工社会网络与讨薪行为关系模型,研究不同社会网络特征对于建筑业农民工讨薪行为的影响.研究表明:具有较高社会网络度中心性的农民工的讨薪成功率较高、讨薪时间较短;占据较多结构洞的农民工的讨薪时间较短、讨薪难度较低;参与凝聚子群较多的农民工以群体形式讨薪的可能性较大、讨薪规模较大;所处社群成员较多的农民工的讨薪规模较大、讨薪行为的合法程度较高;位于网络边缘结构的农民工以个体形式讨薪的可能性较大、讨薪行为的偏激程度较高.%Based on social network and group behavior theory,uses social network characteristics analysis and structural equation model method,through building the model of the relationship between construction peasant workers' social network and unpaid behavior,studies the influence of different social network characteristics on the unpaid behavior of construction peasant worker. Research shows that migrant workers who have a high degree of social network centricity,success rate of unpaid wage is higher, unpaid time is shorter;migrant workers who occupy more structural holes,unpaid time is shorter,difficulty of unpaid wages is lower;migrant workers who participate in more condensing subgroup,more likely to get paid in the form of group,unpaid scale larger;migrant workers whose community has more members,unpaid scale larger,degree of legal unpaid behavior higher;migrant workers who is located in the edge of the structure,more likely to get paid in the form of individual,extreme degree of unpaid behavior is higher .
