基于模糊评判法的宿州市公共交通乘客满意度研究

     

摘要

In order to improve the passengers satisfaction degree of Suzhou public transport and promote the development of the city, a method combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation is put forward.Suzhou public transport passenger satisfaction evaluation index is constructed, from six aspects of safety, convenience, reliability, comfort, economy and rapidity.420 bus passengers satisfaction questionnaires issued in Suzhou city on line and off line, cover the problems: poor service attitude, operating frequency and line less, aging stop, and uncivilized behavior.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the passenger satisfaction of Suzhou city bus, with full mark of satisfaction 5 points.score of bus passenger satisfaction 3.45.The result shows that Suzhou public transport needs further improvement, the bus service image should be strengthened, the bus frequency and line should be more reasonable, and the intelligent public transportation system should be developed.%为提高宿州市公共交通乘客满意度,促进城市的发展,提出一种定性和定量结合评判公共交通满意度的方法.构建宿州市公共交通乘客满意度评价指标,从安全性、便捷性、可靠性、舒适性、经济性和快速性六方面来评价.在宿州市线上线下发放420份公共交通乘客满意度调查问卷,发现宿州市公共交通存在司机服务态度差、运营班次和线路较少、站牌老化、不文明行为多等问题.利用模糊评判法评价宿州市公共交通乘客满意度,将满意度分值满分设为5,发现宿州市公共交通乘客满意度得分为3.45.结果表明,宿州市公共交通需进一步提升,应加强公共交通服务形象的建设,合理规划班次和线路,发展智能公共交通系统等.
