目的 观察张力平衡针法结合康复治疗对卒中后足下垂内翻患者运动功能的影响.方法将60例卒中后足下垂内翻患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组采用张力平衡针法结合现代康复治疗,对照组采用张力平衡针法行针刺治疗,于治疗前、治疗30d后评定比较患侧下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数评分的变化.结果治疗30d后,两组患者患侧下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数评分均明显增加,观察组较对照组改善更明显,且见效快.结论张力平衡针法结合针对性的康复治疗能有效改善卒中后足下垂内翻患者的运动功能及生活能力.%Objective:To observe the effect of tension balance acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy of movement function in patients with varus foot drop after stroke. Methods:60 patients with varus foot drop after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was used the tension balance acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation treatment The control group was treated the line tension balance needle acupuncture treatment. Before treatment and 30 days after treatment,the lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor scores and the Barthel Index score changes were compared in 2 groups. Results:30 days after treatment,the lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function score and the Barthel Index scores in 2 groups were increased significantly. Moreover, improvements of the observation group were more remarkable than those of the control group. Meanwhile,the time of the observation group was quicker than that of the control group. Conclusion:Tension balance acupuncture with targeted rehabilitation can effectively improve the motor function and life skills in varus foot drop after stroke.
