灵丹散对四氯化碳致肝损伤大鼠肝功能及肝纤维化的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the effects of compound Lingdan Powder on liver function and liver fibre of rats induced by CCl4. Methods:40 rats were divided into the normal control group,the model group,the Compound Biejiaruangan Tablet group and the Lingdan Powder group. Rats models induced by CCl4 were fed the Chinese herb after 4 weeks of model establishment. After 5 weeks feeding,these indices were observed including the liver tissue fibre pathology change,the AST,the ALT,the ALB and fibre indices. Results:Compared with the normal group,the liver functions of model group were abnormal. 4 parameters of liver fibrosis were increased significantly. Pathological changes of liver fibrosis were obvious. Liver functions and pathological changes of liver fibrosis were improved remarkably by Lingdan Powder in the model group. Conclusion:Lingdan Powder can improve the changes of liver functions and fibrosis of rats induced by CCl4%目的 观察中药复方灵丹散对实验性四氯化碳致肝损伤大鼠的疗效.方法 健康SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、复方鳖甲软肝片对照组、灵丹散组.采用皮下注射四氯化碳制备细胞毒性肝硬化大鼠模型,各用药组自造模4周起开始灌胃中药,共用药5周.HE染色观察肝组织纤维化病理改变.试剂盒法检测血清AST、ALT、Alb等的活性,放射免疫法法检测肝纤维化指标-透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ).结果 与正常组大鼠比较,模型组大鼠血清肝功能异常,肝纤维化四项指标明显升高,肝组织纤维化改变明显,灵丹散显著改善模型组大鼠肝功能及肝组织的纤维化病理改变.结论 灵丹散可有效改善四氯化碳致肝损伤大鼠的肝功能及肝组织纤维化.
