Objective: To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy pediatric pneumonia by using drug at different parts. Methods: Cases were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment group A were given Chinese medicine percutaneous iontophoresis at lung acupuncture points. Treatment group B were given Chinese medicine percutaneous iontophoresis at the most obvious points of moist rale and Control group were only given routine treatment and nursing. Then the therapeutic effect of three groups were compared. Results: In the treatment group B,the body temperature restore time,the moist rale restore time and the hospital stay time were less than that of treatment group A and the control group. The treatment effect of the treatment group B were better than that of the treatment group A and the control group. By further the Nemenyi method,the treatment group B curative effect was better than that of control group. The treatment group B curative effect was better than of treatment group A ,the treatment group A curative effect was better than that of control group,but the comparative difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Used the Chinese medicine percutaneous iontophoresis treatment for infantile pneumonia,the symptoms relieves rapidly,the hospitalization time is more shorter,the curative effect is superior than the conventional therapy, and the curative effect of chinese medicine percutaneous iontophoresis at the most obvious points of moist rale is more apparent.%目的 观察不同给药部位的中药理疗佐治小儿肺炎的临床效果.方法 将患儿随机分为3组,治疗A组给予肺俞穴中药离子经皮导入治疗,治疗B组给予背部湿啰音最明显处中药离子经皮导入治疗,对照组只给予常规治疗及护理.比较3组患儿的治疗效果.结果 治疗B组体温恢复正常时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间以及住院时间均短于治疗A组与对照组.治疗B组治疗效果优于治疗A组与对照组；进一步经Nemenyi法秩和检验进行两两比较,治疗B组疗效优于对照组；治疗B组与治疗A组、治疗A组与对照组两组之间比较,差异无统计学意义.结论 经皮离子导入中药治疗小儿肺炎症状缓解迅速,住院时间短,疗效优于常规治疗,而且于背部湿啰音最明显处给药疗效更加明显.
