石杉碱甲对老年下肢手术患者血清NSE、S-100β的影响

摘要

Objective: To explore the application of Huperzine A before operation on NSE and S-l00β in elderly patients with lower extremity surgery. Methods: All of the patients were divided into the Huperzine A Group and the control group randomly. In the Huperzine A Group, 0.2mg huperzine A was given through intravenous injection from 3d before surgery,the control group injected with 0.9% sodium chloride. The NSE and S-l00Pwere detected preoprativly at 24h,and postoprativly at 6h and 48h. Results: The NSE and S-100p were increased after operation. The increase of NSE in huperzine A Group was lower than in control group significantly at 6h of postoperative and the difference was still significant after 48h;The increase of S-100P in huperzine A Group was lower than partner group at 6h of postoperative and no difference in two groups at 48h. Conclusion: Application of huperzine A preoperative can inhibit the increase of NSE and S-l00p in elderly patients effectively.%目的 观察术前静滴石杉碱甲对老年下肢手术患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)以及S-100β的影响.方法 将患者随机分为两组,石杉碱甲组于手术前3d开始给予石杉碱甲静注直至手术当日,对照组注射等量0.9％氯化钠注射液静滴.测定术前24 h、术后6h以及48 h血清中NSE、S-100β蛋白水平.结果 两组患者术后NSE以及S-100β的水平均有不同程度升高；石杉碱甲组患者血清NSE上升幅度在术后6～48 h时明显低于对照组；术后6h时石杉碱甲组患者S-100β蛋白水平上升幅度低于对照组.结论 预防性应用石杉碱甲可以有效抑制老年患者术后短期血清NSE以及S-100β的升高,对术后认知功能的改善具有重要临床意义.
