荣络健脑饮对脑缺血再灌注大鼠NGF、BDNF、bFGF表达的影响

摘要

目的 通过观察荣络健脑饮对脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能缺损评分的影响及其对神经营养因子的生成作用,研究荣络健脑饮的神经保护机制.方法 采用改良Longa法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,与补阳还五汤作对照,观察荣络健脑饮对大鼠神经功能缺损程度评分的影响,及大鼠脑组织神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)的表达.结果 荣络健脑饮能明显改善脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经缺损症状,促进大鼠脑组织NGF、BDNF、bFGF的表达,与补阳还五汤比较有显著差异.结论 荣络健脑饮可通过促进大鼠脑组织神经营养因子的表达,减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤,发挥神经保护作用.%Objective: To investigate the effects of Rongluojiannao Decoction on the neurological defect score and the expression of NTF in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and to explore the neuroprotective mechanisms of Rongluojiannao Decoction. Methods: The model of cerebral ischemia- reperfusion was made according the modified Longa method. And then,they were observed the neurological defect score and the expression of NGF,BDNF,bFGF in the brain. Results: Rongluojiannao Decoction was much more effective than Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the aspects of alleviating the symptoms of the mieroiogical defect and increasing the expression of the NGF,BDNF and bFGF in the brains of the rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion: Rongluojiannao Decoction could play a role of neuroprotection through promoting the expression of NTF and mitigate the injury of ischemia-reperfusion.
