失眠症烦躁状态评定量表的初步研制

摘要

Objective:To develop a multidimensional scale for insomnia with the state of irritability with TCM feature. Methods: By reviewing ancient and modem literatures of the irritability and insomnia were reviewed and analysed in order to determine the theoretical framework and item pool of the scale. The items were filtered and proved by demonstration of experts. Results:The initially established scale for insomnia with the state of irritabili-ty contained 39 items. Conclusion:The scale can discriminate the state of irritability of insomnia in a certain extent which is one of the effective methods and application tools for timely and accurate clinical treatment of insomnia.%目的 研制具有中医特色的反映失眠症患者烦躁心理紊乱状态的多维测评量表.方法 对有关烦躁和失眠的古今文献进行检索和分析,确定量表的理论框架,建立条目池;经专家论证和预调查,对条目进行筛选.结果 确立了包含39个条目的量表.结论 该量表的研制,能够在一定程度上对失眠症患者的烦躁状态进行辨识,为中医临床及时准确的辨治失眠症提供了有效的方法和应用工具.
