Objective: To observe the influence of saponin H in rhizoma bolbostemmatis on cell cycle of liver in rats with inducibility carcinoma. Methods:The DNA level of liver in rhizoma bolbostemmatis was detected by the flow cytometry in order to anlysis the cell cycle of it. Results: The concentration of S phase cell was reduced after intervention by saponin K in rhizoma bolbostemmatis. Meanwhile,the level of G1/Go phase cell was increased. Conclusion: After the process of G1 phase to S phase could be blocked by the saponin Ⅱ in rhizoma bolbostemmatis, the DNA synthesis is inhibited and blocked so that the G, phase cell is accumulated.%目的 观察土贝母皂苷Ⅱ对诱导性肝癌大鼠肝细胞周期的影响.方法 以诱导性肝癌大鼠为材料,采用流式细胞仪检测土贝母皂苷Ⅱ对诱导性肝癌大鼠肝细胞DNA含量,并分析细胞周期.结果 经土贝母皂苷Ⅱ治疗的动物肝S期细胞较模型组明显减少,而G1/G0期细胞增多,几乎恢复到正常水平.结论 土贝母皂苷Ⅱ可以阻止肝细胞从G1期向S期进程,使DNA合成受到抑制和阻断,造成G1期细胞的堆积.
