益气活血中药对糖耐量减低人群血管内皮ET-1、vWF水平的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqihuoxue Herbs on vascular endothelium about ET-1 and vWF level in IGT patients. Methods:60 cases of IGT were randomly divided into the group A and the group B. The group A were given lifestyle intervention,while the group B were added the Danzhijiangtang Capsule beside above therapy. Levek including ET-1 and vWFof vascular endothelium were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:ET-l and vWF were significantly reduced in group B after treatment. However, the decrease of group A was not statistically significance. Conelusion-.Danzkijiangtang Capsule can not only decrease vascular endothelial ET-1 and vWF, but also improve the endothelial function. It may play an important role in prevention and cure in diabetic vasculopathy.%目的 观察益气活血中药对糖耐量减低(IGT)人群血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平的影响.方法 将60例IGT患者随机分为A、B两组,A组单纯予以生活方式干预,B组在此基础上予以丹蛭降糖胶囊,比较两组治疗前后ET-1、vWF水平的变化.结果 B组治疗后ET-1、vWF水平明显降低,A组治疗后虽有降低,但差异不具有统计学意义.结论 丹蛭降糖胶囊能降低ET-1、vWF的水平,改善血管内皮功能,可能会在糖尿病血管病变的防治中发挥重要作用.
