加味银翘方治疗甲型流感病毒感染临床观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the effect of Modified Yinqiao Decoction on influenza A virus respiratory tract infection. Methods: 168 cases were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was added with Modified Yinqiao Decoction. The control group was used the Tamiflu. Results:After 5 days,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.00% and that of the control group was 84.52%. There was no statistical difference between 2 groups in the total effective rate. Conclusion: Modified Yinqiao Decoction has significant effect in the anti-influenza A virus. It can effectively treat the respiratory tract caused by influenza A virus infection whose effect is as same as Tamiflu.%目的 观察中药加味银翘方治疗甲型流感病毒呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法 将患者分为两组,治疗组口服中药加味银翘方,对照组给予口服达菲,疗程均为5d.结果 两组疗效相近.结论 中药加味银翘方有 明显抗甲型流感病毒作用,能有效治疗甲型流感病毒引起的呼吸道感染,其临床疗效基本等同于达菲.
