益气活血法对冠心病炎症因子CRP、FIB的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effect at Baoxin Decoction with supplement qi and activation blood circulation method on CRP and FIB of coronary heart disease. Methods: 60 patients with angina were randomly divided into 2 groups. Besides that the control group was used the western routine therapies,the treatment group was added the Baoxin Decoction. After 28 days,some indices were observed including CRP,FIB and clinical symptoms. Results: There were no significant differences in the efficacy of the angina, the ECG and the levels of CRP and FIB between 2 groups. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between Baoxin Decoction and western medicine. The Baoxin Decoction can improve the conditions of myocardial ischemia,clinical symptoms and serum level of CRP and FIB for patients.%目的 观察以益气活血为组方原则的保心汤对冠心病炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白质(FIB)的影响及临床疗效.方法 将符合冠心病诊断的60例患者随机分成两组,对照组行西医常规治疗,治疗组予以自拟保心汤治疗,治疗28d后测定CRP、FIB水平,观察临床症状变化.结果 两组治疗前后的心电图改善,心绞痛发作次数,CRP、FIB水平变化相近.结 论自拟保心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛与单纯西药治疗效果相近,可降低CRP、FIB水平.改善患者临床症状.
