宣痹通阳法治疗冠心病心绞痛65例

摘要

目的 观察宣痹通阳法治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效.方法 将130例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各65例,治疗组治以宣痹通阳法,以瓜蒌薤白三方为基础随证加减,对照组以复方丹参滴丸口服.结果 治疗组疗效优于对照组,临床症状及心电图明显改善.结论 宣痹通阳法是治疗冠心病心绞痛基本大法,经典经方指导临床意义重大.%Objective:To observe the effect of Xuanbitongyang method on 65 cases with angina pectoris.Methods:130 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 65 patients in each group.Besides that the compound salvia pellet was used in 2 groups,the treatment group was added the Gualouxiebaisan Decoction whose principle was the Xuanbitongyang method.Results:Effects of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group including the clinical effect and the electrocardiogram effect.Conclusion:It is available of the Xuanbitongyang method on angina pectoris.
