中药制剂治疗广泛性焦虑症临床疗效的Meta分析

摘要

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicines for patients with generalized anxiety disorders (GAD). Methods: literatures based On keywords were retrieved from 1995 year to 2011year. Qualified ones were evaluated by meta-analysis. The Cochrane Collaboration RevMan5.1 analysis software were taken, Qualitative data was calculated with the combined OR value. Quantitative data was analysed by the mean standard deviation method,and test of significance were made. Results: 13 research literatures were eventually included,including 551 cases in Chinese medicine treatment group and 509 cases in the comparison group. Meta-analysis showed the efficiency rate [OR=0.98,95% CI (0.66,1.44) ,P=0.90] ,HAMA score after the end of the trial [MD=-0.52,95% CI (-1.38,0.33),P=0.23]. Conclusion: The information currently available can support the opinion that the Chinese medicinal herbs treatment and western medicine treatment provide the same clinical efficacy in generalized anxiety disorders.%目的 评价中药治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效及安全性.方法 根据关键词检索出1995年至2011年的文献,对入选合格的文献进行Meta分析,应用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.1分析软件,计数资料计算合并的OR值,计量资料采用均数标准差法,并进行显著性检验.结果 最终纳入研究文献13篇,中药组551例,西药组509例.Meta分析结果显示有效率[OR=0.98,95％CI (0.66,1.44),P=0.90],试验结束后HAMA评分[MD=-0.52,95％CI(-1.38,0.33),P=0.23].结论目前掌握的有限资料表明中医治疗方案在广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效方面与西医治疗方案相当.
