连术颗粒治疗感染性腹泻(湿热下注证)的疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To observe efficacy of Lianzhu Granual on acute infectious (Damp-heat syndrome). Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases of each group. The treatment group was treated with Lianzhu Granule combined with oral ciprofloxacin.whlie the control group was treated with ciprofloxacin tablets,3 days for a course. The curative effect was observed before and after treatment. Results: The main TCM symptoms vantages decreased significantly, there were significant differences between the difference compared with before treatment.While clinical symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group.ConclusionrLianshu Granual has significant effects on acute infectious (Damp-heat syndrome).%目的 观察连术颗粒对感染性腹泻(湿热下注证)的疗效.方法 将60例患者,随机分为两组.治疗组用连术颗粒联合口服环丙沙星治疗,对照组用口服环丙沙星片治疗,疗程为3d.观察患者治疗前后疗效情况.结果 两组治疗后中医主要症状积分均有显著下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学差异.中医症状疗效治疗组优于对照组.结论 连术颗粒治疗感染性腹泄(湿热下注证)有较好疗效.
