温阳振衰颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(阳虚证)的临床研究

摘要

目的 观察温阳振衰颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床疗效及血清结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响.方法 将患者60例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予西医常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上给予温阳振衰颗粒治疗,两组患者均接受8周的治疗.观察两组的疗效,比较治疗前后肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清CTGF、TGF-β1的水平.结果 观察组综合疗效、中医症候疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清CTGF、TGF-β1明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的Ccr、Scr、BUN亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 温阳振衰颗粒可明显改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的肾纤维化,对慢性肾功能衰竭有较好的疗效.%Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Wenyang Zhenshuai Decoction on serum CTGF and TGF-β1 and its clinical effects on chronic renal failure. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine,while the observation group was given Wenyang Zhenshuai Decoction on the basis. patients were treated for 8 weeks.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.The levels of Ccr,Scr,BUN,serum CTGF and TGF-β1 in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CT-GF and TGF-β1 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).There was no difference between the two groups before treatment,but after treatment,Ccr,Scr and BUN of the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Wenyang Zhenshuai Decoction can substantially improve renal fibrosis of chronic renal failure patients,so it has a good therapeutic ef-fect in chronic renal failure.
