养阴益气活血法治疗缺血性中风机理探讨

摘要

Stroke has the characteristics of acute onset and rapid changes.It is listed as the head of the four chronic and stubborn diseases in Chinese medicine.Ischemic stroke is a common type accounting for about 70％～ 80％ of stroke,and its incidence is much higher than other types of stroke.Therefore,ischemic stroke has become the prior research in the prevention and the treatment of stroke in our country.Exploring effective treatment method of ischemic stroke also has important clinical significance and social value."Blood stasis caused by Qi and Yin deficiency" proposed by Professor WAN Haitong is the basic pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.The method of nourishing Yin,benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation is used to investigate the theory and practice basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke,aimed at providing a new idea and method for clinical treatment.%中风具有起病急、变化快的特点,中医学将其列为“风、劳、臌、膈”四大顽症之首.缺血性中风是中风的常见类型,其发病率远高于其他类型中风.因此,缺血性中风已成为我国中风病防治研究的重中之重,探索有效的治疗方法也具有重要的临床意义和社会价值.本文根据通信作者万海同教授提出的“气阴两虚致血瘀”是缺血性中风的基本病机,探讨养阴益气活血法治疗缺血性中风的理论和实践依据,旨在为临床治疗缺血性中风提供一种新的思路与方法.
