电网规划方案由若干的扩容预案,经校验和比较后优选得到。在电网规模不断扩大、负荷和运行方式不断增加的情况下,安全经济的预案难以根据经验得到。前期研究发现,映射弹性势能可作为电网有功承载能力(功角安全性)的定量指标,且该指标与输电经济性同趋。在此基础上提出靶向规划方法:提高网架变化后的定量安全性分析效率,构建适应快速分析的靶标函数;通过靶标函数分析得到扩容线路的关键性排序,生成优化的扩容预案。对 IEEE 39节点电网仿真分析表明,该方法能提高预案生成效率,有效提升电网的整体功角安全性和输电经济性,能适用于大电网的扩容规划。%Power grid planning is selected optimally after verification and comparison of the expan-sion pre-program.With the expanding of power grid scale and the increasing of load and operation modes,it's more difficult to put forward the safety and economic pre-program according to the experience.The preliminary study found that the mapping elasticity potential energy can be used as a quantitative index of active power load capacity (i.e.power angle security),and its change trend was consistent with the transmission economic.Thus,the targeted planning method was put forward in this paper.In order to improve the efficiency of quantitative safety analysis after the grid structure changed,the target function adapted to rapid analysis was constructed.With the key sorting of expansion line according to target function analysis,an optimal expansion pre-program can be produced.Simulation results of IEEE 3 9-bus system example show that the pro-posed method can improve the efficiency of pre-program generation,enhance the overall power angle security and the transmission economic effectively,and it is suitable for expansion planning of large power grid.
