为充分利用茸鹿的种间杂交优势，对东北梅花鹿与天山马鹿的种间杂交效果进行了试验观测。结果表明：花×马杂交F1代初角～三锯鲜茸产量分别是2．21kg、2．59kg、4．53kg、5．82kg，单产平均（初角～三锯）3．79kg；鲜茸质量性状杂种优势率分别为54．01％、5．93％、23．77％、-3．88％，杂种优势明显；花X马杂交F1较东北梅花鹿单产水平提高分别为426．19％、109．27％、311．82％、149．79％，鲜茸平均产量较母本1．15kg整体提高228．63％；花×马杂交F1的茸型分为花茸型、马茸型和中间型3种，花茸型占72％，马茸型占8％，中间型20％。研究证实，以东北梅花鹿为母本、天山马鹿为父本，利用杂种优势来提高东北梅花鹿的生产性能是可行的。并具有实效性。%To take full advantage of superiority of interspecific hybridization of deer, the effect of inter- specific hybridization between Tianshan wapiti and Northeast sika was observed in this study. The results showed that fresh velve production of hybrid generation F1 were 2.21 kg, 2.59 kg, 4.53 kg, 5.82 kg from the initial angle to three saw, average yield was 3.79kg. Heterosis rate of fresh velve quality charac- teristics were 54.01%, 5.93%, 23.77%, - 3.88%, heterosis was significant. Production levels of hy- brid generation F1 increased by 426.19%, 109.27% ,311.82% ,149.79% than that of northeast sika. Average yield of Fresh velve on Northeast sika was 1.15 kg, average yield of hybrid generation Fl in- creased by 228.63 % than that of northeast sika. Velvet type of hybrid generation F1 was divided into the sika velve type, the wapiti velve type and the middle type, the sika velve type was 72 %, the wapiti velve type 8 %, the middle type 20 %. This study confirmed that, for the female with the Northeast sika, the male with the Tianshan wapiti using of heterosis to improve the production performance of the Northeast sika was feasible and effective.
