朝鲜半岛问题的主题转换、历史根源与民族因素

摘要

Presently, issues such as survival and development , security and peace, reconciliation and unity have become subjects of the Korean peninsula replaced issues of war and revolution .Because the historical reasons for the Korean peninsula issue are so complicated that relevant countries have still got stuck in the divergent strate -gical recognization when facing the situation change in the area .The specialty of Korean nationality means that the elimination and integration of the independence and competitiveness of the ethnic play an essential role in solving the issue of the Korean peninsula .%　　素有“冷战的活化石”之称的朝鲜半岛问题，时至今日依然牵动着国际社会的敏感神经。不过，时过境迁，当前朝鲜半岛问题的主题已经有所转换，生存与发展问题、安全与和平问题、和解与统一问题，代替了战争与革命问题。由于朝鲜半岛问题的历史根源十分的交错和盘结，致使相关当事国家在面对当前朝鲜半岛局势变化时，依然是深陷于对这种“历史根源式”的战略分歧的认知困境当中而难以自拔。由此，朝鲜半岛局势一直处于“高烧难退”的危险境地。而朝鲜民族的独特性，意味着朝鲜半岛问题的真正妥善解决，最终离不开对立性和竞争性的民族因素的消除与弥合。
