黄金坪经济区开发模式的法律路径研究

摘要

Huangjinping Economic Zone is a special economic zone set up jointly by China and North Korea under the background of the Kim Jeong -eun regime commits to the development of the northern economic zone in North Korea .In this paper , the purpose of North Korea to set up special economic zones is analyzed from the rela-tion between behavior objective and behavior mode .Particularly, the legal characteristics of Huangjinping Econom-ic Zone are discussed .Furthermore, the legal risks that may appear in Huangjinping Economic Zone as well as the feasibility for China to participate in the law formulation about the Zone are proposed .%黄金坪经济区是在朝鲜金正恩政权致力于北线经济特区发展背景下，由中朝两国共同设立的经济特区。笔者试图从行为目的与行为模式的关系得出朝鲜设立经济特区的目的性，并对黄金坪经济区法律特性进行深入剖析，以提出黄金坪经济区运行中可能出现的法律风险及中方参与经济区法律建构的可行性。
