中朝跨境经济合作区的建设实践与发展对策研究--以黄金坪经济区的合作开发为例

By taking Huangjinping economic zone as an example , the achievement , problem and development potential of cross border economic cooperation were studied .It is proposed that the cooperative development on bor-der areas between China and DPRK closely interacts with the international cooperation in the Northeast Asia ;there-fore, the cross border economic cooperation between China and DPRK should be framed up in the sub -regional e-conomic cooperation of the Northeast Asia so as to promote the open up and strengthen the multinational coopera -tion.%中国对东北亚地区的经济合作采取积极参与和务实推进的政策，出于维护朝鲜半岛稳定与促进沿边开放的战略需要，近年来中朝边境地区经济合作的地位和作用日益突显，本文以黄金坪经济区开发开放为着眼点，探讨了中朝跨境经济合作进行的实践成果、存在问题和开发潜力，中朝边境地区的合作开发与东北亚地区国际合作之间存在着密切的互动关系，应将中朝跨境经济合作纳入到东北亚次区域经济合作的框架之下，提升开放水平，提高开放效益，加强多国合作。
