关于中国直销企业健康稳步发展的七个问题

     

摘要

Since direct selling model was introduced in China in 1990 s, problems and disputes caused by ille-gal pyramid selling have appeared frequently .Illegal activities of licensed direct selling enterprises also happen oc-casionally .Therefore , how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses of this selling model has been an issue that the government , direct selling enterprises and academic field pay close attention to .In this paper , seven topics related to enterprises in China are discussed in a strategic view of sustainable development .%直销模式自20世纪90年代传入中国内地以来,因为违法传销引起的问题与纠纷经常出现,合法持牌直销企业违规的现象也时有发生。如何扬长避短,促进直销渠道在中国健康发展,已成为政府、直销企业以及学术界最关注的问题。本文通过对直销企业的长期观察,从可持续发展的战略考虑,针对直销企业存在的七个问题进行讨论,提出相应的对策。
