朝鲜族传统文化绚丽多彩、耀眼夺目，但随着社会的发展，朝鲜族传统文化正面临日渐弱化的困境。近年来，辽宁朝鲜族传统文化的传承保护工作虽取得了一些令人鼓舞的成效，但仍存在进展缓慢、收效甚微等问题。辽宁应充分利用地域优势，从创建载体平台、强化政策牵引、科学谋划发展、深入推进传统文化进校园工程、发挥民间组织协同作用等方面着手，强化朝鲜族传统文化传承保护。%The bright and colorful traditional Korean culture is dying out.
