企业家慈善行为:理论回顾、评述与展望

摘要

慈善依然是保证财富回归社会的隐形社会合同的一部分,对经济、政治和社会稳定有重要影响.当慈善与企业家结合,就变成了解释经济长期发展的强有力的力量.对企业家慈善行为的研究,能够促进企业家理论和实践的发展.文章对这一学术领域的相关理论研究成果进行了回顾,并在此基础上提出了未来的研究方向和思路.%Charity, which is a part of the invisible social contracts that ensure wealth back into society, has important influence on economy, politics and social stabilit . The combination of charity and ent repreneurs becomes a strong force to explain development of the long-term economy. The research on entrepreneurs' charity will promote the development of the entrepreneurship theory and practice. In this paper, the academic research results on related theories are reviewed, and then, future research directions and ideas are proposed.
