溅射式规模化静电纺丝法的工艺参数优化

     

摘要

The orthogonal array design is adopted to investigate the influence of solution concentration,applied voltage and gap distance on the diameter of polyethylene oxide (PEO) nanofibers made by the sputtering needleless electrospinning mechanism. The experimental results indicate that solution concentration is the most significant factor, and followed are the interaction of solution concentration and voltage, the interaction of solution concentration and gap distance, the interaction of gap distance and voltage, the gap distance and the applied voltage. The results can give advice to practical applications.%利用正交试验设计方法,探究了溅射式规模化静电纺丝装置的工艺参数(聚氧化乙烯(PEO)质量分数、接收距离、电压)对所纺纳米纤维直径的影响.根据试验结果,得到对纤维直径影响的显著性程度由大到小分别为PEO质量分数、PEO质量分数与电压的交互作用、PEO质量分数与接收距离的交互作用、接收距离与电压的交互作用、接收距离和电压,对该装置的应用具有实际的指导意义.
