基于USB-Host的汽车行驶数据采集系统

摘要

Automobile travel data acquisition system is used to measure running parameters of automobile performance and store mass acquired data.In order to analyze the cause of travel accident, data should be read from the acquisition system.A micro-controller based data acquisition system embedded with USB-Host controller is proposed.With Bulk-Only and UFI, sub-norms of USB-based storage equipment norms, the proposed system implements efficient data communication.File manipulation is realized with FAT16 file system for running parameter recording.Data can be dumped to conventional USB memory.The hardware and software architecture can be expanded and transplanted easily.The system conforms to the national standard for automobile recorders with USB interface.The proposed system has passed the test and been certificated.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system satisfies design requirements.%在汽车运行中,汽车行驶数据采集系统对各种运行参数进行测量和存储.为了对车辆事故进行分析,必须读取数据采集系统的数据.设计了一个基于单片机的数据采集系统,该系统采用USB海量存储设备类规范中的Bulk-Only和UFI子规范.通过FAT16文件系统对采集到的汽车行驶数据进行存储管理.利用通用的U盘便可读取系统中的数据,系统的硬件及软件体系结构具有较好的可扩展性和移植性.系统符合国家标准中对于汽车行驶记录仪要有USB接口的规定要求.产品经送检、认证和大量的实际应用测试,技术性能和产品指标都达到了预期的要求.
