高速外圆磨削弧区工件表面温度的测试与分析

     

摘要

高速磨削过程中磨削弧区会产生大量的热量,导致磨削弧区温度升高.其中大部分的热量传入工件,当温度超过某一临界值时,会影响工件表面的完整性,从而影响工件的使用性能.针对现有磨削工件温度测试方法在外圆磨削应用中的局限性,设计了基于热电偶的高速外圆磨削弧区温度测试装置,并将其应用于工程试验,成功测得了磨削弧区工件的表面温度,取得了良好的效果.%During the high speed grinding, a lot of heat generated in grinding arc area will cause the temperature rising. Most of heat will be transferred into the workpiece. Once the temperature exceeds a certain critical value, the integrity of workpiece surface will be suffered then its performance will be badly troubled. Considering the limitations of current temperature measurement for grinding workpiece in the application of external cylindrical grinding, a temperature measurement device is designed based on thermocouples for high-speed external cylindrical grinding. And the device is applied to the engineering experiment. The surface temperature of workpiece in grinding arc area has been measured successfully and the results are improved.
