In order to understand the elastic property of poly (trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) and PTT/polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bi-component filament influence on seamless underwear, six types of yarns were selected to do a series of tests, which were PTT filament, PTT/PET bi-component filament, polyamide (PA) and two types of polyamide/polyurethane (PU) corn-spun yarn . The six yarns' breaking elongation and fixed elastic elongation before and after boiling water were compared and the eleven types of seamless underwear fabrics' elasticity resilience rate were compared as well. The results showed that elastic recovery of PTT/PET bicomponent filament was similar to PA/PU corn-spun yarn's by using elasticity test. PTT filament used as ground yarn was much better than as the plating yarn in seamless underwear. And the fabrics of PTT filaments had good dimensional stability and fatigue durability.%为了了解聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)及PTT/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纱线对织物弹性性能的影响,选择PTT纱线及PTT/PET双组分纱与无缝内衣领域常用的锦纶和两种锦纶/氨纶包芯纱共6种纱线,对比其在沸水处理前后的强力-伸长特征以及定伸长弹性特征,并对比这6种纱线组合编织成的11种无缝内衣织物的弹性回复率.采用显著性检验的数学方法证明含有PTT的双组分纱线的弹性回复率与锦纶/氨纶包芯纱相似,PTT纱线作为无缝内衣织物的底纱较适宜,用其编织的无缝内衣产品的保形性及耐疲劳性优良.
