铁屑内电解法处理EDTA络合铜废水的研究

         

摘要

采用以铁屑为阳极材料,活性炭为阴极催化剂的铁屑内电解法处理EDTA络舍铜废水。通过中试装置间歇流实验研究了铁屑内电解法对EDTA络合铜的去除效果及其影响因素;利用连续流试验确定最佳反应条件:pH=1.39,停留时间为20min。最佳条件下铜和COD的去除率分别为96.75%和27.29%。内电解法处理EDTA络合铜废水可为后续的Fenton反应提供足够的亚铁离子,且可提高出水的可生化性。铁屑内电解工艺处理EDTA络合铜废水既高效又经济,具有巨大的应用前景。%Internal electrolysis, using iron as the anode material, activated carbon as the cathode material and the catalyst, have been performed to treat copper EDTA complex wastewater. EDTA-Cu' s removal efficiency and impact factors with intermittent flow experiment have been investigated in pilot plant; and then, using a continuous flow test to determine the optimum reaction con- ditions: pH = 1.39, retention time is 20 min. Under the best conditions, removal rate of copper and COD are 96. 75% and 27.29% , respectively. Internal electrolysis processes provide adequate ferrous ions to follow-up Fenton reaction and improve the biodegradability of the water. Internal electrolysis process to treat EDTA copper complex wastewater is both efficient and economical, which has great potential at same time.
