高水平崛起背景下东莞创建高水平大学的制度路径

摘要

The strategy of Dongguan city' s higher level rise presents significant demands and serious challenges for the development of Dongguan' s universities. In order to rise by higher level, the notion of Dongguan' s higher level university should be involved with its own definite meanings such as the idea of internationalization school, the innovation of modern university system and the cultivation of practical talents for local economic and social development. Therefore, we should take great efforts to systemat- ically design an institutional approach to building a higher level university, which included reconstruction of school corporation system, educational resources input institution, and such university' s operational mechanism.%东莞高水平崛起战略为东莞高校的发展提出重大需求和严峻挑战。高水平崛起目标下东莞高水平大学具有“国际化办学理念”、“现代新型大学体制创新”、“培养服务地方经济社会发展的应用型人才”等特定内涵。东莞高水平大学建设的制度路径需要从学校法人制度、资源投入体制、运行机制等方面进行系统设计。
