乾华肉用美利奴羊皮肤毛囊结构及周期性变化规律的研究

             

摘要

This study was to understand the structure and the variation laws of skin hair follicles in Qianhua Mutton Merino at different stages of cashmere growth, which would provide a histological basis for the molecular regulation mechanism of its development.The structure and the density of skin hair follicles in Qianhua Mutton Merino were compared by the histology method in the prosperous, retrograde and resting stage of cashmere growth, respectively.The results showed that there was some differences in skin hair follicle tissue structure at different periods, the variation of primary follicle density in each stage was not significant (P>0.05), the secondary follicle density was maximum (42.73±4.71 follicle /mm2) in the prosperous period, then was the regression period (32.53±3.32 follicle /mm2), the secondary follicle density was the minimum in resting period (28.21±2.79 follicle /mm2), and significant differences were observed among the secondary follicle density in different periods (P<0.05).The S/P value was the maximum in the prosperous stage of cashmere growth, and the difference between regression stage and resting stage was significant (P<0.05).%为了揭示绒毛生长不同时期乾华肉用美利奴羊皮肤毛囊结构与变化规律,进而为其毛囊发育的分子调控机制奠定组织学基础,本试验采用组织学方法,对乾华肉用美利奴羊绒毛生长的兴盛期、退行期、休止期毛囊结构及毛囊密度变化的差异进行比较研究.结果表明:不同时期的乾华肉用美利奴羊皮肤毛囊密度存在一定的差异,且各时期初级毛囊密度变化不明显(P>0.05),次级毛囊密度兴盛期最大(42.73±4.71个/mm2),其次为退行期(32.53±3.32个/mm2),休止期次级毛囊密度最小(28.21±2.79个/mm2),且不同时期次级毛囊密度差异显著(P<0.05);绒毛生长兴盛期S/P值最大,退行期、休止期差异显著(P<0.05).
