大约克、杜洛克、巴克夏猪肥育和胴体性状比较分析

         

摘要

为研究经持续选育四个世代后的大约克、杜洛克、巴克夏猪肥育和胴体性状差异,试验选择健康、体重30 kg左右的新美系大约克、杜洛克和巴克夏猪各14头,按品种分为3组.试验期间,各组猪饲喂相同营养水平日粮(前期DE 13.58 MJ/kg,CP16.07%;后期DE13.40 MJ/kg,CP14.66%),育肥试验结束后,每组分别选择4头猪(2公2母)进行屠宰测定.结果表明:全期日增重,大约克猪(852.17 g)显著高于巴克夏猪(741.08 g)(P<0.05);全期料重比,大约克猪(2.57)的最低,巴克夏猪(2.98)最高.巴克夏猪瘦肉率(60.61%)显著低于大约克猪(65.65%)(P<0.05).在该试验条件下,大约克猪肥育和胴体性状较好,杜洛克猪次之,巴克夏猪较差.%To determine and analyze the fattening and carcass traits of Yorkshire,Duroc and Berkshire pigs that were selected after four generations' breeding,14 healthy Yorkshire,Duroc and Berkshire pigs with body weight of about 30.00kg were chosen and divided into three groups by species.During the test,all of the pigs were fed diet with the same nutritional level (early stage:DE 13.58 MJ/kg,CP16.07%;late stage:DE 13.40 MJ/kg,CP14.66%),and four pigs (two sow and two boars) were selected for slaughter test at the end of the fattening test.The results showed during full test period,the average daily gain of Yorkshire (852.17 g) was significantly higher than that of Berkshire(741.08g)(P<0.05);for feed to gain ratio,Yorkshire was the lowest,being 2.57,Berkshire was the highest,which was 2.98.Lean meat percentage of Berkshire (60.61%) was significantly lower than that of Yorkshire (65.65%)(P<0.05).In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,fattening performance and carcass traits of Yorkshire were the best,Duroc better,Berkshire the worst.
