城市社区体育多元化公共服务体系的理论构建研究

摘要

运用文献资料法、特尔斐法、数理统计法，以系统“结构一功能”论的观点构建了德州市城市社区体育多元化公共服务体系的三级架构模式，并对各模块的具体功能、任务进行了详细阐述，对服务体系的运行机制和整合效应进行了探索，专家调查表明：构建的三级城市社区体育服务体系对德州市社区体育的可持续、健康发展具有指导意义．%by using document literature method, Delphi method as well as mathematical statistic method, based on the views of the theory of system ＂structure-- function＂, this paper builds a three--level structure model of diversified public service system for urban community sports in Dezhou city and also expounds the specific function and task of each module, in the meanwhile, it also makes an initial research on the operating mechanism and integration effects of this service system, the expert survey shows that： the construction of three--level urban community sports service system is supposed to be of a great significance to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of urban community sports in Dezhou city.
