国际社会对南非的经济制裁及影响

摘要

1948年南非国民党政府上台后，白人政府不断强化种族隔离制度，引起国际社会的强烈反对。20世纪70年代以后国际社会开始对南非进行全面经济制裁，外资撤离截断了南非获取资金的主要来源，贸易制裁减少了南非外汇，外国贷款的终止恶化了债务危机，这一切最终引发南非经济社会的危机。%After National Party took power in South Africa in 1 948 ,the White government intensified apartheid so that international community opposed South Africa intensely.In 1 970 international communi-ty began to invoke economic sanctions to South Africa.The evacuation of Foreign capital and reduction of foreign exchange and termination of foreign loans resulted in economic and social crisis in South Africa.
