用美军标原文校正引信安全性设计准则

摘要

针对引信安全性设计准则贯彻中的歧见，对照美军标原文，指出多个关键术语有违原意。该标准中与“解除保险”相关的六个术语实际上是教科书上的“解除隔离”；该标准将“保险机构”和“解除保险”说成了“保险件”和“启动”使人相见不相识，以为美军标的概念与我国教科书不能接轨。分析表明，不满足其“延期解除保险”、“保险件不得移动”、“隔爆件”、“故障保险”、“独立保险件”等要求却未必不满足美军标的要求。建议修订时除参照新发布的 MIL-STD-1316 F之外，对不当术语和解释进行校正。%By referring the original U.S.military standard,several misunderstood terms in fuze safety design criteria was pointed out.In this paper,the meaning of"arming"in the fuze safety design criteria was discussed, and which was pointed out that many terms translation was not appropriate,some of it were even wrong.It was suggested that the new fuze safety design criteria should refer the original U.S.military standard MIL-STD-1316F to correct the misused terms.
