引信铝合金连接螺纹咬死预防措施

摘要

针对引信铝合金连接螺纹在装配和拆卸过程中出现的咬死问题，提出了预防措施。首先从铝合金螺纹咬死机理出发，分析了影响螺纹咬死的因素，然后从设计、加工和装配的角度提出相应的预防措施。利用这些措施对预防引信连接螺纹咬死进行了实验验证，实例表明：提出的预防措施可有效降低螺纹发生咬死的可能性。%In order to solve the problem that fuze aluminum alloys connection thread appear galling when assem-ble and disassemble,a series of preventative measurements was proposed.Firstly ,through analyzing the mech-anism of galling of aluminum alloys thread,figured out the influence factors.After that,putting forward the corresponding measures from the viewpoint of design,process and assemble.Eventually,these measures was validated by a type of fuze aluminum alloys connection thread which used in the manual precipitation bullet.The experiment results showed that the provided measures can greatly reduce the possibility of galling for fuze alumi-num alloys thread.
